Vivafil is a range of preservative free fruit fillings that fill the gap in more ways than one. Viva filis packed with a minimum of 20% fruit, and contains no artificial colors or flavors, even no preservatives. Vivafil has been produced in Puratos state-of-art aseptic lines in Pennsauken, NJ. It’s aready to use fruit filling and can best oredin ambient temperature. Due to the high Brix levels and the low  pH value,Vivafildoes not require the addition of any preservatives, and the shelf life of Vivafil is six months. Thanks to its exceptional bake stability, Vivafil can maintain its consistency in baked goods. Vivafil can be packed in pails, pouches, even in drums thanks to the low water activity preservative free drum capability of Puratos USA.

Vivafil is ready-to-use fruit filling which can be used in many different bakery and patisserie applications. It has an exceptional bake stability to create baked pastries you only could imagine before. The target group is bakers or artisans, industry, retailers and food service customers who are interested in Clean(er) Label solutions in Bakery and Patisserie sectors.
