We are proud of this year’s program and confident that each of you will find something from this year’s BakingTech that you can apply to your business. I want to thank Kent Van Amburg, Tawnee Brydebell and Amanda Gonzalez for all their work! I would also like to thank the awesome group of individuals that made up this year’s Program Committee: Campbell Williams, Sarah Moore, Vance Lamb, Sherrill Cropper, Todd Oelschlager and Sam Scott. Without their volunteer efforts and the excellent leadership of Paul Rainey this program would not be possible.  Welcome to BakingTech19 Baking a Fresh Future.  We look forward to seeing you all!
