Registration Information

HOW TO REGISTER
Registration for ASB BakingTech 2019 may be completed online or by fax/mail using the registration form above.

Registration forms will not be processed without full payment.  Forms submitted with copies of checks will not be processed.  All fees must be paid in U.S. currency, drawn on a US bank.  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card are also accepted for payment.

NOTETo obtain the member registration rates, your 2018/19 dues must paid and current.  You will need to renew your dues before registrating online.  You may renew your dues by clicking on the above link RENEW YOUR DUES.

REGISTRATION RATES
Full delegate registration includes admission to all educational sessions, networking luncheons on Monday and Tuesday, MarketPlace, and the Opening Reception on Sunday, February 24.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Conference cancellations must be submitted to ASB Headquarters in writing via email at info@asbe.org or mail.  All refunds are assessed a $100 processing fee.  Once Headquarters has received your written cancellation, all credit card refunds will be processed promptly.  For check refunds, please allow 2 - 4 weeks after the meeting has ended.  Refunds will not be granted after February 1, 2019 nor will they be given for no-shows.  Registrations cannot be carried to any future meetings.

If you must cancel your meeting registration, it is also your responsibility to cancel your hotel reservations.  

SPOUSES & GUESTS
Spouses and guests can register for BakingTech at the spouse/guest rate of $105.  This badge entitles spouses/guests to attend all educational sessions, the Spouse/Guest Welcome Hospitality on Sunday, Monday's Networking luncheon, and Opening Reception on Sunday.  The fee of $105 does not include the Annual Spouse/Guest Tour.  The cost of the tour and luncheon is an additional $105.  Spouses/Guests wishing to participate in the Annual Spouse/Guest tour must be registered for the conference.

Spouses and guests registering at the spouse/guest rate MUST NOT be employed with a company in the commercial baking industry.  Individuals employed with a company in the baking industry must register at the appropriate DELEGATE registration rate.  If registering spouse/guest is found to be an employee of a company in the commercial baking industry, you will be required to register at the appropriate DELEGATE registration rate.

GROUP REGISTRATION
Group registrations may be completed by fax or mail by using the group registration form.  Group registrations may not be processed online.  Group registrations will not be processed without full payment.  All fees must be paid in U.S. currency, drawn on a US bank.  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card are also accepted for payment.
