BakingTech 2014: Registration Information

Registration Fees and Policies

Online and advance registration are now closed.

Individuals wishing to register for BakingTech 2014 may do so onsite at Marriott Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile at the ASB Registration and Information Desk, which will be located on the 5th floor during the hours listed below:

1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Sunday March 2
7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Monday, March 3
7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday, March 4
7:00 am - 12:00 pm

Full delegate registration includes admission to all educational sessions, networking luncheons on Monday and Tuesday, MarketPlace, and the Closing Reception on Tuesday, March 4.

Conference cancellations must be submitted to ASB Headquarters in writing via email at or mail.  All refunds are assessed a $100 processing fee.  Once Headquarters has received your written cancellation, all credit card refunds will be processed promptly.  For check refunds, please allow 2 - 4 weeks after the meeting has ended.  No refunds will be given after February 7, 2014, except for medical emergencies only.  If you must cancel your meeting registration, it is also your responsibility to cancel your hotel reservations.  There will be a $25 charge for any change smade to a registration after the initial registration has been submitted.

Spouses and guests can register for the ASB BakingTech at the spouse/guest rate of $75.  This badge entitles spouses/guests to attend all educational sessions, the Spouse/Guest Welcome Hospitality on Sunday, Monday's Networking luncheon, and closing reception on Tuesday.  The fee of $75 does not include the Annual Spouse/Guest Tour.  The cost of the tour and luncheon is an additional $75.  Spouses/Guests wishing to participate in the Annual Spouse/Guest tour must be registered for the conference.
