Product Development Competition

PDC

ASB is introducing a Product Development Competition for BakingTech 2015.  The purpose is to facilitate the development of innovative bakery products for the wholesale manufacturing industry.

The category for this year's competition is WHOLE GRAINS.  Use of whole grains cannot be less than 50% of total formulation.
