MarketPlace 2017: Table Top Assignment Policy

Returning 2016 MarketPlace exhibitors will be given priority table-top assignments for MarketPlace 2017.  Table-tops will be assigned as noted in the below deadlines.  Registration will open September 7, 2016 for returning 2016 MarketPlace exhibitors.

Please note the deadlines and guidelines carefully.  If you submit an application during the incorrect registration deadline, your application WILL NOT BE PROCESSED and you will be required to resubmit your application during the appropriate deadline time period.  Applications must be completed in their entirety and any incomplete applications WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE #1

Who:  MarketPlace 2016 returning exhibitors who wish to maintain their same table-top assignment.

When: September 7 - September 23, 2016

In order to maintain the same table-top assignment, exhibitor application and full payment must be received by September 23, 2016. 

If application and full payment are not received by September 23, 2016, table-top space will be forfeited, made available for general sale after September 23, and not guaranteed for MarketPlace 2017.  All assignments after September 23 will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please refer to the first-come, first-serve policy below.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE #2

Who: MarketPlace 2016 returning exhibitors who wish to relocate

When: September 26 - October 21, 2016

MarketPlace 2016 returning exhibitors who wish to relocate will be allowed a new location as space becomes available after September 23.  NOTE: Your table-top assignment will be released after September 23 and will be made available for general sale.  You are not guaranteed the same location, similar location or perceived better location and all applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please refer to the first-come, first-serve policy below.

Please make sure to review the updated MarketPlace 2017 floor plan on the day of submitting your application to view most current table-top availability and pick your top six table-top locations.  A minimum of four table-top choices must be indicated on application or the application WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.  It is highly recommended that you review the floor plan on day of submission as table-top availably changes daily.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE #3

Who: All new exhibitors, and returning exhibitors who did not submit by the above deadlines, will be assigned table-tops after October 21, 2016 on a first-come, first serve basis.

Please make sure to review the updated MarketPlace 2017 floor plan on the day of submitting your application to view most current table-top availability and pick your top six table-top locations.  A minimum of four table-top choices must be indicated on application or the application WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.  It is highly recommended that you review the floor plan on day of submission as table-top availably changes daily.

 FIRST-COME, FIRST SERVE POLICY

The date on which the application and full payment is received by ASB will be the date used when determining the order of the assignment of table-top space.  Every effort will be made to honor all requests for specific table-top assignments; however, there is no guarantee that any particular request will be accommodated.

If your choices have already been assigned to another exhibitor, you will be contacted by ASB staff to discuss table-top availability and an alternative assignment.

ASB reserves the right to reassign existing space at any time without advance notice.  The exhibit floor layout may be adjusted to ensure an even flow of traffic.  In addition, ASB will not be held responsible if an exhibitor chooses to select a table-top in close proximity to a competitor after a company has chosen and been assigned their table top.

Application processing may take up to 24 hours.
 

 MarketPlace 2017: Payment Policy

To secure table top space for MarketPlace 2017, a completed Exhibitor Application and Contract must be submitted along with 100% table top payment.  Applications not accompanied by 100% payment or incomplete applications will be considered invalid and will not be processed.

Paying by Check (Payable to ASB or American Society of Baking)
You may submit your exhibitor application electronically (email or fax) without payment to obtain priority table top selection.  However, check payments must be received within 10 business days of exhibitor application and contract submission.  If payment is not received by the ASB office within 10 business days any exhibit space previously assigned shall be forfeited and table top will not be assigned until 100% payment is received.
