ASB's BakingTech 2016 will be held at the Hilton Chicago in Chicago, IL, February 28 - March 1, 2016, with the MarketPlace taking place all three days of the conference.  The MarketPlace will be located in Salon A of the hotel.  Exhibitors include a wide array of companies with the latest in products and services in the grain-based food industry.  The MarketPlace makes a significant contribution to the educational value of the meeting.
