The JobSource Center is a service of the American Society of Baking and provides a resume/career position matching service for the baking professional.

Any employer in the baking industry may post their open positions here. Anyone in the Internet community may browse the position listings. All registered companies (employers) may browse the resume listings. It is not necessary to be a member of the Society to access the company listing and browsing features.

JobSource is a free service for all companies in the industry. Any employer simply needs to register to use this product (at no cost), create a profile, and post listings. A company may set up multiple JobSource UserIDs if they want. Each UserID is associated with its own unique profile (handy for posting listings from different divisions which have different contact requirements). A company may choose to present exactly how their information is displayed - from Company Name, to Location and Job Details.

JobSource is also a valuable benefit to any ASB Member looking for a new position. JobSource provides an industry-specific tool to assist ASB Members find positions or to simply monitor job trends. By posting their resumes in the JobSource site, Members are able to target the Baking Industry job market. Again, the ASB Member may set up multiple JobSource UserIDs if they want. Each UserID is associated with its own unique profile. This would allow the ASB Member to present different resumes.

JobSource offers the ultimate flexibility and control for both the ASB Member wanting to locate a position and to any employer in the baking industry wanting to find qualified applicants. Posting career opportunities and resumes on this site can only be beneficial to the baking professional. You can reach a very large market within the industry easily and quickly.
