Barbara Beuckman Travel, Inc. assumes no liability whatsoever for sickness, injury, death, damage, loss, accident by reason or defect in any vehicle or through acts of default of any company or person engaged in transporting the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Barbara Beuckman Travel, Inc. can accept no responsibility for loss or additional expense due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes. Barbara Beuckman Travel, Inc. assumes no liability for any acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, supervening acts of others, force majeure, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations. Barbara Beuckman Travel, Inc. reserves the right to substitute comparable hotel accommodations and plane equipment or change or withdraw the tour as circumstances demand. Barbara Beuckman Travel, Inc. can accept no responsibility for any delay, loss or damage resulting from customs, improper passports, visas or other documents. Forwarding of your deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Waiver of Liability: I do hereby fully release and discharge the American Society of Baking and the other released parties from any and all claims for injuries, damage, or loss which I may have or which may accrue to me on account of my participation in this tour.

I further agree to idemnify, hold harmless and defend the American Society of Baking, and all other released parties from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages and losses sustained by anyone, and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with my conduct and the activities of this tour.
