How To: Update Company Profile
Each company in the ASB database has a unique Organization record. Each record has an 'administrative username/password.' Often, a member has the authority to update their company's Organization record. The steps to update the Company Profile are listed below with supporting screen prints.
Step 1: Login with Username and Password from ASB Home page (right side of screen).
Step 2: Click on Update My Profile (right side of screen).
Step 3: Click on View Organization (left side of screen). (If you do NOT have this option, then you do not have authority to update your company profile.)
Step 4: Click on Edit Profile (left side of screen).
Step 5. Update your company's profile information and click Save (at bottom of screen).
If you do not have authority to update your company profile, please contact us. If you need to update Business Categories and Subcategories, please refer to the Virtual MarketPlace Application form for details.
