A good bromate replacer I have used more than once in the past and recent months is Fungamyl Super BR made by Novo Nordisk BioChem. I have used it in combination with ADA (20ppm ADA & 1/4 oz of FSBR per CWT) and I have used it without ADA at about 1/2 oz. per CWT. I believe their number is 1-800-879-6686. Ask for Todd Foreman or Jay Hardy.
