1994 - Present: Consultant to the baking industry.
Consulting to this date consisted of working with wholesale bakeries, writing articles for trade magazines and doing project management and other special assignments for Sasib Bakery North America.
1974 - 1994: Vice President, Engineering, Campbell Taggart Inc., one of the Anheuser Busch Companies. Campbell Taggart (now known as Earth Grains and no longer a part of Anheuser Busch) was at the time the nations second largest U.S. wholesale bakery corporation. They also had plants in Spain, France and Puerto Rico. Managed preliminary and/or final engineering/installation of 400 to 500 projects per year with total budget up to $100 million.
1971 - 1973: Assistant Director of Engineering and Head of Architectural Group. Supervised group of professionals responsible for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design for building projects.
