Every project is approached with the vision that: "every customer is unique." Our Systems Analysis Procedure determines what makes you unique, by first defining the design parameters for each operation.  Based on our hands-on experience, weíll show you not only what works, but also what works best.  The project is planned down to the last detail.  We will provide CAD drawings, functional specifications, estimated costs and a project schedule.

Perhaps what makes our approach revolutionary is that we don't just engineer the project.  To ensure quality, we work along side you.  We provide qualified bidders, review bids, inspect the installation, write procedures, and train your personnel, anything that will concern you or your project.

Facilities Design
We first develop a realistic picture of how you intend to function.  Each task and process is analyzed to determine if it needs to be reengineered.  Then, we engineer the materials handling system by placing what is needed, where it is needed, and when it is needed.  Your inventory profile is matched with the most cost effective storage equipment.  In-plant transport equipment is then specified such as: forklifts, carts, conveyors, and computer guided vehicles.  We will help you take advantage of the most recent progress in materials handling and packaging technology.  Then we look at Energy Conservation.  We recommend methods to recycle materials, improve indoor air quality, and utilize energy efficient equipment.

We provide to your Architect, General Contractor, and Equipment vendors, detailed functional specifications and drawings for competitive bids.  Our only interest is that you get the highest quality project at the lowest possible price.

Continuous Improvement
Companies become world class when the organization is always moving the goal line forward.  ISO 9000, Productivity Reporting, Benchmarking, and Warehouse Management Systems are tools that help you keep moving the goal line forward.  These tools improve customer satisfaction, minimize labor, and minimize on-hand inventory.  We design the system, help you install the system, and train your personnel to use the system when it is in operation.

Project Management
Lacking effective management, projects get out of hand, adversely affecting budgets, schedules, and customers.  Action plans and project schedules are developed.  We help find the right contractors, ensure the actual construction matches the design, and prepare your personnel through effective communication and training.  We keep it on schedule, within budget, and ensure all of your requirements are met.
