Pre-registration for all attendees is encouraged. In addition to saving $25, long registration lines can be avoided. Registration fees include all technical sessions, the Showcase, the Bakery Foods Display and the Officers' Reception. Individuals not properly registered will not be admitted.

Location
The Chicago Marriott Downtown has been selected as the headquarter hotel. All events are scheduled at the hotel beginning on Saturday, March 1, 1997. Additional rooms are being held at the Courtyard by Marriott, located two blocks from the Downtown Marriott. Hotel reservations are made on the same form as conference registration.

Arrival & Departure
Plan to arrive Saturday, March 1, if you would like to take advantage of the special ASBE low airfares program. Plan to depart on Wednesday, March 5, 1997 following the 11:00 a.m. adjournment.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received in the ASBE Office no later than February 22, 1997 to be eligible for a refund.

Discount Airfares
Special ASBE Conference fares have returned! Ammerican Airlines will provide discounts off all fares to anyone attending the ASBE Annual Technical Conference from the continental U.S. or Canada.

When planning your trip, we encourage you to consider using American Airlines. American has established special discount fares for anyone attending the ASBE Annual Technical Conference. Attendees must refer to file #S71-27AC when making reservations.
