BakingTech2016: Call for Papers

BakingTech is about sharing best practices, insights, case studies, and innovations in the grain-based food industry. We want attendees to be educated and inspired after each talk, and we need your help to create a great program.

ASB invites you to submit a paper proposal and share your knowledge, experience and solutions with industry representatives from around the nation. We are seeking papers covering topical and current content in the below concentrations - offering an exceptional opportunity to present at this high profile and world-class event. 

BakingTech 2016, Growth Through Innovation, presentation topics are:

- Engineering/Equipment
- Ingredient Technology
- Regulatory Landscape
- Leadership
- Changing Consumer Profiles
- Food Safety & Allergens
- Information Technology
