BYLAWS

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE CLUB

To bring together people associated with the baking industry for the purpose of fellowship, and to actively support everyone's education and development in the baking industry.

THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE CLUB
Open to all owners and employees of bakeries. Owners and employees of firms allied to the baking industry will be limited to three (3) persons per company.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE CLUB
A Board of Directors that would be composed of the elected officers, chairmen of any standing committees, and the last two (2) past Presidents.

Officers to consist of a President, First Vice President, Second Vice President and a Secretary/Treasurer. The Executive officers will all be owners or employees of bakeries. The Secretary/Treasurer will be the only office that an allied person may hold.

After the initial election of officers, each succeeding year will require the election of a Second Vice President only. All officers will succeed the next higher position with the exception of Secretary/Treasurer

The Secretary/Treasurer position is to be an appointed position by the Board of Directors.

The annual dues of the club are to be twenty dollars ($20). This money is to be used for all costs incurred for handling and mailing of information to club members. This amount is subject to change by a vote of all members of the club. If the club should ever disband, the moneys remaining will be divided equally among all paid members.

The club meetings will be four (4) times per year. The meeting dates will be on the fourth Monday of the following months: January, April, Spetember, Novemeber. The month and date for a social event will be determined each year.
