As a means of meeting the changing needs of the baking industry, ASB offers three classifications of membership: Associate, Professional and Lifetime

Professional Membership

Membership is open to all individuals in the baking industry whether they are employed with a baking organization, equipment or ingredient suppliers or baking service related organizations. Membership costs are $155 per year for domestic US members and $165 for International. Benefits include:

Associate Membership

Associate - Individuals who are presently enrolled as full-time students or member sponsored baking plant supervisory personnel. Membership is complimentary until the Associate enters a management position. Benefits include:

• Access to the Society's Internet Resources
• Complimentary admission to Society’s Annual Conference through the ASB Mentoring Program.
• Access to the ASB Skill Assesment Center
• Discount on AIB courses and seminars
• Participation in the ASB Certified Baking or Engineering Program
• Eligibility in the ASB Scholarship Program

Lifetime Membership

Lifetime Membership is available to all ASB Members that have achieved 25 years of continuous membership and have formally retired from the industry. Membership is complimentary.
