2010 Baking Hall of Fame Nomination

As a tribute to those individuals that have made a significant contribution to the advancement of the U.S. baking industry, the American Society of Baking is proud to announce the creation of the Baking Hall of Fame that will be located on the premises of the American Institute of Baking in Manhattan, Kansas. The Society is currently seeking nominations for the 2010 Induction Ceremony which will be held Monday, March 1, 2010 at the Society's BakingTech conference in Chicago, Illinois.

Eligibility of Nominee
Any individual may place in nomination the name(s) of another individual that has contributed to the advancement of baking science, production, engineering, equipment design, ingredient technology, research, education or trade publishing and/or journalism.
